External hosting

This website is operated by diamondpage.de and hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the service provider.

Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed and amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system used. This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to fend off attacks and is deleted after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no data is transmitted to Google or other third parties.

4. Data collection on this website

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be transmitted to us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

For this we use the form service Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL, Rue de Marsannay-la-Côte 16, 5032 Mazy, Belgium. Formspark receives your entries, stores them and forwards them to us by email. Formspark also processes your IP address and technical information such as your browser and the referring page to filter spam and keep the service secure. The data is stored in the European Economic Area (Ireland and Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Formspark. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
